| Jodi M. Rubin, MS, LMFT, PLLC Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I have experience working within inpatient and outpatient therapy settings with children, teens, and adults. I have worked in community mental health, hospital, and residential treatment centers. I have been a marriage and family therapist for over seven years. Parents and children are in a partnership of trust, care, and learning. I help to guide parents with new ways to parent their toddlers and school age children to learn to grow together. I also work with the older child and teenager to help the adolescent learn to move through the difficult stage of growing up. I can help your child to develop coping skills, and social skills to help them develop security and self esteem within themselves. My services help to instill hope and change in children and their families through the use of techniques including: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Parenting Skills Training, and Attachment Therapy. I use Family Systems Theory to help families develop healthier relationships and foster positive communication in the hope of having a happier home. |
